Man and woman arrested on gun crime charges following incident in Boston

Police have arrested a man and a woman on suspicion of firearms offenses and making death threats following an incident in Boston.

This follows reports that a woman with a firearm entered a property on South Terrace in the city at around half past two in the afternoon yesterday.

As part of the investigation, armed officers were then dispatched to a house on Burton Road Heckington. In the evening

There they detained a 63-year-old woman and a 57-year-old man.

In both cases, they were arrested on suspicion of possessing a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence and making death threats.

They remain in police custody.

The police statement said:

We are now appealing to anyone who witnessed the incident in the South Terrace area of ​​Boston at around 1pm yesterday (June 10) to contact us.
