Man accused of starting a massive Miami apartment fire after a shooting

A massive apartment fire in Miami killed 40 people on Monday. Authorities say a suspect is in custody in connection with the shooting of a building employee. Police suspect that the same person also deliberately started the fire, which grew so large that the roof of the building collapsed.
