Dallas police continue to investigate the 2017 murder of Herston Monroe | Texas

DALLAS, Texas – The Dallas Police Department continues to investigate the 2017 murder of 21-year-old Herston Monroe.

On February 17, 2017, at approximately 11:40 p.m., Monroe was shot and killed by an unknown suspect in his apartment in the 4000 block of Frankford Road.
