A city council member died in a UTV accident in Humboldt County. Iowa State Troopers say Theodore Prenger and Teresa Prenger died after their UTV came to rest under a pickup truck. The pickup driver suffered minor injuries. A city council member died in a UTV accident in Humboldt County.

Iowa State Troopers say Theodore Prenger and Teresa Prenger died after their UTV was hit by a pickup truck. The pickup driver suffered minor injuries.

Theodore Prenger was a member of the Dakota City Council.
