Two men are accused of stealing a four-wheeler from a victim who was selling the vehicle in Warren, according to authorities.

Larry Moses Jr. (20) and a 15-year-old boy were arraigned Monday by Judge Steve Bieda in the 37th District Court in Warren on charges of auto theft, attempted murder and criminal possession of a firearm in connection with the alleged acts that occurred on 31 May. The exact location of the incident was not given.
