Children, the elderly, and people with asthma, COPD, and other breathing problems should plan to spend less time outdoors. Everyone should pay attention to the prevailing conditions and try to limit excessive exposure to fresh air, especially when performing activities that require a lot of effort. If you must do any outdoor activities, try to do it in the morning when levels are lower. The warning was issued due to ozone pollution caused by heat, low humidity and sunny skies.
