A 17-year-old died two weeks after the accident in San Angelo

Two weeks after a two-vehicle collision in San Angelo, a 17-year-old was pronounced dead, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

The crash occurred on May 26 around 4:30 p.m. near U.S. Highway 67 at Preacher Road.

Tyler Parum, 32, was driving a 2023 Dodge 2500 truck.

A 17-year-old died following a two-vehicle collision in San Angelo, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Christina Schuler, 45, was driving a 2010 Ford Escape SUV and the passengers were a 16-year-old female and a 17-year-old male.

According to a preliminary investigation by DPS, Parum was driving south on US 67.

Schuler stopped in front of Parum, waiting for oncoming traffic, then turned left onto the private road Preacher Road.
