Actor Kevin Spacey has admitted in a new interview that he was “too handsy” and “touched someone sexually” even though the person didn’t want to.

The House of Cards actor was accused of sexual misconduct in 2017, but was found not guilty at a trial in New York in 2022.

He was acquitted of sexual assault charges in a separate trial in London in 2023.

However, he is due to stand trial again in Britain, likely in early 2025, due to a lawsuit from another man who claims Spacey sexually assaulted him, allegations Spacey denied.

The two-time Oscar winner spoke extensively about the allegations for the first time in years in an interview with Piers Morgan.

In the interview that premiered on Tuesday, the 64-year-old admitted that he had behaved inappropriately towards people.

When asked about his “bad behavior”, Kevin responded that he had “pushed the boundaries”.

He later said: “Being too handsy, touching someone sexually in a way that I didn’t know at the time that they didn’t want.”

Piers responded: “Some people would say that’s criminal, that if you sexually touch people against their will that’s a crime.”
