An Indiana couple attacked after a chase in Callaway County that ended in Fulton

Prosecutors have charged an Indiana couple involved in a chase in Callaway County on Monday.

They charged Christopher Voiles with the following crimes: resisting arrest for a crime, resisting arrest by flight – creating a substantial risk, leaving the scene of an accident – property damage exceeding $1,000, and three counts of first-degree criminal damage to property.

They charged Victoria Voiles with felony resisting arrest and driving while revoked/suspended.

The Voiles were arrested Monday after a pursuit that began near New Bloomfield at 12:55 p.m.

Court documents show the chase reached speeds of 120 miles per hour.

The documents also showed that the policeman in the police car who was hit during the chase was taken to hospital for tests.

Victoria and Christopher Voiles were held in the Callaway County Jail without bond.
