2 people taken to hospital after car crash in White Hall, road closed

WHITE HALL, W.Va. (WBOY) — Two people were hospitalized Tuesday afternoon following a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Route 250/Fairmont Avenue in White Hall that closed the road.

According to an official with the Marion County 911 Center, at approximately 2:57 p.m., crews were alerted to a two-vehicle crash on U.S. 250 near Wood’s Boat House & Power Sports.


When crews arrived on scene, they found that a Toyota 4Runner and a Ford F-150 had collided, resulting in at least one person being trapped in the vehicle. Two people involved in the accident were taken to hospital for observation due to their injuries.

The official said US 250 was closed as of 3:50 p.m. and could not estimate when it would reopen.

Crews from the White Hall Police Department, Marion County Rescue Squad and the Valley Volunteer Fire Department responded to the call.
