Gardaí are investigating alleged voter impersonation in Kerry

Radio Kerry understands police officers are investigating alleged voter impersonation at a polling station in the county.

It is known that last Friday, June 7, a man allegedly tried to impersonate a voter at a polling station in the south of the county.

Radio Kerry understands that garda officers have contacted the polling station presiding officer and an investigation is ongoing.

An Garda Síochána did not respond to Radio Kerry’s inquiries.
