Attempted murder charge dropped in 2023 Beulah shooting

BEULAH, North Dakota (KFYR) – Prosecutors have dropped an attempted murder charge against a Minot man also charged with murder.

Beulah police arrested Shawn Gramkow in March 2023 after they say he fired a gun at Fanatics Restaurant and Bar, killing a 22-year-old man and wounding another, who was taken to Bismarck for treatment.

Gramkow is scheduled to go to trial next month.
