A Sinclairville man has been charged in connection with Saturday’s rollover crash. Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Deputies responded at approximately 3:42 p.m. and were dispatched to a pickup and tractor-trailer crash resulting in injuries on Sinclair Drive Extension. Upon arrival, it was determined that the truck operator, identified as 77-year-old John B.
