Police determined Timberlake was driving under the influence, had bloodshot, glassy eyes and a “strong odor of an alcoholic beverage” coming from his breath, according to the complaint. The complaint says he also had slow speech, was unsteady on his feet and performed poorly on a field sobriety test.

The complaint states that Timberlake told the arresting officer that he had only had one drink.
