Riverside man arrested, accused of inappropriately touching a customer at Rancho Cucamonga massage parlor – Redlands Daily Facts

A Riverside man was arrested last week on suspicion of inappropriately touching a customer at a Rancho Cucamonga massage parlor, and authorities say there may be additional victims.

Charles Russell, a certified massage therapist, was arrested June 12 after a client reported to authorities that she was inappropriately touched during a May massage at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, located in the 8700 block of 19th Street, near Carnelian Street. the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Office said.

Russell, 56, was convicted on charges of sexual battery and false imprisonment. The sheriff’s office posted his photo on social media and can be viewed here.
