Police arrest a 29-year-old Cheektowaga man after a lengthy investigation

Investigators say their investigation led to the execution of a search warrant by ECSO’s Narcotics and Intelligence Unit on May 29 at the Coralwood Courthouse in the Town of Cheektowaga. Officers found Modica in front of the house and were able to arrest him without any problems.

Modica is currently in the Erie County Holding Center awaiting arraignment.
