A woman has been accused of assaulting several people, according to a CMPD report

The police report mentions a total of 12 victims ranging in age from 2 to 35 years old.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. – A woman is accused of assaulting several people, including several children, with a “blunt object,” and a man is accused of firing a gun into an occupied vehicle and two homes, according to a report from the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department.

The incident happened Monday on Red Vest Way in north Charlotte, near Sunset Road.

The police report identified a total of 12 victims, ranging in age from 2 to 35 years old. Of the 12 victims, seven were under the age of 18. The injuries listed ranged from gun threats to gunshot wounds.

Many of the victims, including a 2-year-old, were not injured but were present during the incident.
