The Holly Hill Police Department has a new police chief. Byron Williams, who is currently a police captain in Daytona Beach, accepted the position. Former boss Jeffrey Miller resigned following allegations of inappropriate behavior. The city mayor calls the hiring a new chapter in the department. Williams is expected to assume his new position on July 15.
